FAQs

Clear answers before starting website work.

Straight answers on price, ownership, support, timelines and what is or is not included.

What is included in the £399 setup?

A simple mobile-friendly website, core pages, basic search setup, contact/enquiry route, domain connection help, SSL setup and launch support. It is aimed at small local businesses that need a clean first site or a straightforward refresh.

What is included in the £39/month support?

Hosting, SSL, backups, basic monitoring and small content updates such as changing text, adding a photo or updating contact details. Bigger new features are quoted separately.

Can I start with the £25 health check instead?

Yes. The health check is the lowest-risk first step. You get a short plain-English report with five practical fixes, and the £25 is credited against a website build, refresh or care plan bought within 30 days.

Do I own my domain?

Yes. Your domain should stay in your own name/account. Knipe IT can help set it up and connect it, but the domain itself remains yours.

Do I own the website?

The website content and design created for your business are yours. Hosting and support can stay with Knipe IT monthly, or you can discuss moving the static site elsewhere if needed.

How long does a simple website take?

Most simple sites can move quickly once the wording, photos and basic business details are ready. A small brochure site is usually days rather than months, depending on how quickly content is supplied.

Can booking or payments be added?

Yes. Booking tools, payment links, quote forms and automations can be added when useful. They are priced separately so the starter package stays affordable.

What if I already have a website?

Knipe IT can help with a tidy-up, care plan, small fixes, clearer quote buttons, local service pages or a fuller rebuild if the current site is holding the business back.

Is this only for Northern Ireland businesses?

The focus is Northern Ireland because local context helps with wording, service areas and practical support. Knipe IT can still look at a simple remote job if it is a good fit.

Are there hidden costs?

Domain registration, business email providers, paid booking tools, payment processors, stock photography and larger feature work are separate. Knipe IT keeps those clear before any work starts.
